Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in Israel, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to give a reason, in line with applicable distance-selling and consumer protection law.

How to Return an Item

Email kfirsh26@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. For most items (order value up to $40), we will process your refund directly and will not ask you to ship the item back — return shipping to our international supply partners often costs more than the item itself, so a fast refund works better for everyone. For higher-value items, we may provide a return address and ask you to send the item back, unused and in its original packaging, before we issue a refund; we'll let you know which applies when you contact us.

Refunds

Where no physical return is required, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving the request. Where a return is required, we'll issue the refund within 14 days of confirming the item has been received in acceptable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable where a free-shipping order is returned for reasons other than a defect or our error; where a return is required, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following are final sale and not eligible for return once opened, for hygiene reasons: facial cleansing brushes and rollers, scalp and shampoo brushes, baby feeding sets and utensils, and any other item that comes into direct contact with skin, face, scalp, or mouth. All other items remain eligible for return under the terms above.
