1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vaerlyn website and your purchase of any product listed on it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted without prior notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time of your order. We make reasonable efforts to display product information and images accurately, but slight variations between the listing and the item you receive (packaging, minor design revisions) can occur, particularly on items sourced internationally.

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Vaerlyn does not hold physical inventory. Placing an order triggers a fulfillment request to our supply partners, who ship the item directly to you. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues, and will notify you and issue a full refund if this happens.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery windows, and information about customs and import charges, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy, including your right to cancel an order under applicable consumer protection law, forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, and branding on this site, including product descriptions written for Vaerlyn, are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaerlyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a product purchased through this site. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer protections.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in these Terms restricts any rights you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
