Free Shipping, Every Order

Shipping is free on every order placed on Vaerlyn, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

How Fulfillment Works

Vaerlyn does not hold physical inventory in a local warehouse. Each order is sent directly to you from the supplier that manufactures or stocks that item, which is often located outside your country. This lets us keep prices low and offer free shipping, but it also means delivery windows are longer than typical for a local retailer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days of being placed, depending on the item and your location. Remote destinations, customs processing delays, or high-volume periods can extend this to as much as 30 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at kfirsh26@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because items ship internationally, your country may apply customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees on arrival. These charges, when they apply, are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay at checkout — they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering if this is a concern.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and supplier on your behalf.
